Returns and Exchanges are processed 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
For Exchanges:
Once we’ve confirmed that the item is already received at the warehouse, your replacement item will be delivered through your original shipping method.
For Refunds:
It only takes 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account. If you do not see the refund back in your account after 10 days, we recommend you contact your issuing bank first. Message us right away if your card issuer says that they don't see any refund.
